SMALL TOOLKIT. BIG CLARITY.

Everything you need
to make yourself clear.

From a quick correction to a thoughtful walkthrough, keep the focus on your idea.

Capture just enough

A whole display or one small detail. Start with exactly what you need.

Point to what matters

Pins, arrows, shapes, and highlights make your feedback easy to follow.

Make it your own

Crop, zoom, soften sensitive details, and choose a style that feels like you.

Ready for your next message

Copy an annotated image into a reply, or save a PNG or WebP for later.

FOR THE THINGS YOU EXPLAIN EVERY DAY.

A picture helps.
A little context helps more.

For design reviews, support replies, and all the “can you show me?” moments in between.

Feedback with a clear next step

Show the spacing that feels off, the button that needs moving, or the detail worth keeping. An arrow is often enough.

Give clearer feedback

Bug reports people can follow

Capture the problem, mark the unexpected result, and number the steps that led to it. Give someone else a useful place to start.

Write a useful bug report

Instructions worth saving

Walk a colleague through a setting or help a customer find their way. Numbered pins turn a screenshot into a small, useful guide.

Create a screenshot guide
LESS EXPLAINING. MORE UNDERSTANDING.

From “over here”
to perfectly clear.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED.

A few things you might be wondering.

What can I do with Framio?

Capture part of your screen or a whole display, open an existing image, and add numbered pins, arrows, shapes, and highlights. Crop the result, copy it, or save it as PNG or WebP. You can also export a guide with numbered steps.

Which computers is it made for?

Framio targets macOS, Windows, and Linux. The download page lists Apple Silicon and Intel Macs separately, alongside 64-bit Windows and Linux. Installers appear there as each platform’s release is published.

Do I need an account to edit a screenshot?

No. Capture and annotation work on your computer without an account or an internet connection. The current app does not upload screenshots. Checking for updates needs an internet connection.

Can I record video or capture a scrolling page?

Framio currently works with still images. Video recording, scrolling capture, and text recognition are not available yet.
